My Leadership Journey
Before founding Enterprise Strategic Coaching, I spent nearly 29 years with Principal Financial Group in leadership roles spanning client relations, product management, operations, strategic planning, and executive development.
Throughout my career, I had the opportunity to lead teams, manage significant client relationships, navigate organizational change, and develop leaders preparing for greater levels of responsibility. Those experiences gave me more than business knowledge—they shaped how I understand leadership, growth, and the challenges that come with leading others.
Alongside my professional experience, I have made an intentional and ongoing investment in developing my craft as a coach. Through advanced training, professional certifications, mentorship, executive coaching programs, leadership development, and continued education, I have worked to deepen both my understanding of leadership and my ability to help others grow.
Today, I bring those two worlds together—real-world leadership experience and professional coaching expertise—to help leaders step back, challenge their thinking, gain clarity, and move forward with greater purpose and intentionality.
Why I Coach
Throughout my career, I’ve seen talented, successful leaders accomplish remarkable things and still find themselves asking deeper questions about purpose, fulfillment, and what comes next.
After more than 30 years in leadership and nine years coaching executives, business owners, entrepreneurs, and emerging leaders, I’ve come to believe that our greatest growth often begins when we create the space to step back and ask:

What kind of impact do I want my leadership to have?
Even the strongest leaders benefit from having someone walk alongside them.
That’s why I coach.
My passion is helping leaders gain clarity about who they are, align how they lead with what matters most, and move forward with greater purpose and intentionality. My role isn’t to hand you the answers, but to ask the right questions, challenge your thinking, and help you uncover the path forward.
Because ultimately, I don’t simply want to help leaders become more successful. I want to help them move from success to significance.
